People get busy! It doesn’t hurt to remind them. We absolutely suggest following up with them at least once a week if they haven’t submitted your recommendation yet.

Our system will alert you automatically if we receive a recommendation with your name on it!

No, we do not require this. However, scheduling links are very easy (& even free!) to set up so we strongly recommend this. That way if a hiring manager sees your profile and is interested they can book an interview with you immediately, making it less likely that they’ll lose interest, stop responding while trying to schedule a time, or find someone else before you have a chance to respond.
